Don't you just love Target? Or "Tar-jay" as I, and everyone else I've ever met likes to call it? I can never leave that place without buying about a million things, (or at least wanting to). I found this adorable floral ruffled top there over a year ago and I never get tired of it. It was perfect to wear with boots and a sweater on a cool day like this. I also like wearing it with shorts and sandals during the summer, so I'm sure you will be seeing it again.
